Sunday crash injures two

Posted on Tuesday, January 4th, 2011 at 2:38 am

Two Wausau residents were injured in a car crash on Sunday north of the town of Merrill.
A 49-year old man and his 54-year-old passenger were driving on Highway 51, just north of Highway H, when their vehivle rolled over around 11:30 a.m. Police say that a medical problem may have caused the driver to lose control of the vehicle. The driver was airlifted to Aspirus Wausau Hospital and the passenger was taken to the hospital by ambulance. The two are now each in fair condition.
