Body of missing Wisconsin college student found

Posted on Monday, March 5th, 2012 at 10:21 pm

A Wisconsin college student went missing early Saturday morning after he was out celebrating his 21st birthday with friends. He was last seen around 1:15 a.m. leaving Joe’s Bar.

Police believe that the student was either walking to his own residence, or the residence of his girlfriend’s, but did not make it to either of those locations. The student’s body was discovered today in the Wisconsin river by the police.

No foul play is suspected in the man’s death. Police believe that alcohol played a large role in the man’s actions over the weekend.

The Wausau personal injury lawyers of Habush Habush & Rottier, S.C. would like to extend our deepest condolences to the student’s family and friends during this tragic time.
