Wisconsin girl tells police she has been abused for years

Posted on Wednesday, March 14th, 2012 at 7:37 pm

A frail 15-year-old girl has recanted a story to police detailing abuse, both mental and sexual, stemming from her own family members.

The teen is seen in a video testimony revealing that she has been living in the basement of her house for several years, and although she has tried to escape, her parents have found her and brought her back.

She has tried to escape because she claims that her father, stepmother, and stepbrother have repeatedly abused her, and starved her. She says that she was forced to eat food from the garbage, and that her stepbrother made her perform sexual acts on him numerous times. The trial for her parents is set to begin on Friday.
